Return Process

  Log into your Westside account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return to generate a return request.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging along with the invoice and ensure the parcel is securely sealed for transit.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Choose a convenient time slot for our courier partner to collect the package from your doorstep at no additional cost.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse team completes the quality inspection, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
