Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking link. You can also track your status directly in the 'My Orders' section of our website.
What is Westside's return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be unused, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Some items like innerwear and cosmetics are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Westside ships exclusively within India. We are working on expanding our reach to international fashion enthusiasts in the near future.
How do I determine the right size for me?
Each product page features a detailed 'Size Guide' with measurements in inches and centimeters. We recommend comparing these measurements with a similar garment you already own for the best fit.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes across the country.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Yes, you can request an exchange through our website or app. If the desired size is in stock, we will arrange a reverse pickup and ship the replacement once the original item passes quality checks.
